Legislature's Prescription Drug Abuse Reform Measures Lead to to Dramatic Reduction of Oxycodone Purchases in Florida
Tallahassee, Fla. – Nearly one year after passing landmark prescription drug abuse reforms to crack down on "pill mills," a new report from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency has found that the purchase of oxycodone is rapidly declining in Florida.

The NUCC will be requesting that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) fast-track their approval processes in order to finalize the revised (02/12) 1500 Claim Form as soon as possible.
